The 4th ETOP Residential Workshop for young investigators in the field of thoracic malignancies will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Our first three Residential Workshops were a big success and highly appreciated by the participants as well as the faculty. We feel it is of paramount importance to help young investigators to develop their research plans and to support them for a successful career. This workshop is an ESMO Supported Meeting and will be accredited with ESMO-MORA points.
The workshop will take place at the Hotel Zuiver in Amsterdam, The Netherlands from Thursday, August 20th evening till Saturday, August 22nd early afternoon. A preliminary program is enclosed. We expect participants to come with a research project under consideration which then will be discussed with the faculty.
The number of participants will be limited to 36 including all professions dealing with thoracic malignancies. ETOP will cover the costs of the workshop and accommodation, and will provide travel grants of up to 400 Euro each to applicants where no other funding is available.
We encourage you to nominate clinical and translational researchers from your group to partake at the meeting, and will do our best to provide access to investigators from all ETOP members. Please submit the attached application form latest on June 15th 2015.
